Performance Characteristics of Concrete Release Agent Material:

Concrete release agent material is resistant to acid, alkali, and hard water, highly water-soluble, and has stable emulsion stability. It can be diluted with water in any proportion without layering, demulsification, or clumping. It has a long shelf life, high solid content, and excellent dispersibility. It is used for demolding in industries such as aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, plastic molds, rubber, hardware, and plastics. The concrete release agent material gives the demolded products a smooth, wear-resistant, and anti-adhesive surface with a pleasant feel.

Main Functions:

1. Reduce Contact Area: Forms a coating between the mold and the product, reducing the contact area and preventing adhesion.

2. Improve Separation: Enhances the separation between the mold and the product, minimizing material residue on the mold and ensuring product quality and production efficiency.

The concrete release agent material sets quickly and facilitates easy demolding. It significantly reduces bubbles at the concrete interface, resulting in a smooth, residue-free surface. It is waterproof, rust-proof, and greatly extends the service life of molds and formwork. It is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and easy to store. It can be used directly after dilution with water, offering low cost and convenience.

Concrete release agent material is also a water-soluble concrete release agent material, meaning its internal components are fully soluble in water. Emulsions of compounds such as methyl silicone oil are commonly used in industry. The emulsion is water-soluble and provides high heat resistance, easy cleaning, excellent corrosion resistance, fire resistance, minimal environmental pollution, and relatively safe transportation and storage.

Due to its high water content, water-based concrete release agent material differs in many aspects from traditional oil-based or solvent-based concrete release agent materials. The demolding effect of the concrete release agent material depends on a film only a few micrometers thick deposited on the cavity surface after spraying. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on ingredient selection and process application. However, its advantages are also evident, including facilitating automated operations, excellent cooling effects, no scaling, improved surface quality of castings, reduced internal porosity, safe usage, clean production, and reduced environmental pollution.

On construction sites, concrete release agent material is primarily used to prevent adhesion between concrete and formwork, ensuring easy removal of the formwork while maintaining a smooth and even concrete surface. It has excellent isolation properties, significantly reducing the occurrence of bubbles and surface defects, resulting in high surface finish, no discoloration, and no pollution. It is an environmentally friendly concrete release agent material.

Concrete release agent material is suitable for all cast-in-place concrete walls, columns, beams, slabs, and various precast slabs, pipes, bridges, and other building components in construction projects. It is mainly used for steel formwork, wooden formwork, aluminum formwork, etc., protecting the formwork and providing good curing effects.

Compared to oil-based concrete release agent materials, concrete release agent material offers the following advantages: lower emissions of volatile organic compounds during use, improving the working environment and benefiting worker health; lower fire risk during storage and use; lower cost and convenience of use, as it can be used directly after dilution with water, reducing raw material and storage costs; and lower environmental impact due to fewer organic waste gases generated during use.
