Fireproof Foamed Cement Board

Fireproof foamed cement board is a high-performance inorganic insulation material with excellent fire resistance and environmental characteristics. It is primarily made from materials such as ordinary Portland cement, fly ash, foaming agents, and additives through processes including compounding, mixing, foaming, and cutting. Its production raw materials include cement, hard calcium, and fly ash, among others.

Fire Performance

The combustion performance of fireproof foamed cement board reaches Class A1, making it a non-combustible material. Its fire resistance temperature can exceed 1000 degrees Celsius, offering superior fire safety performance. After exposure to fire, it does not pulverize and maintains good integrity, with a fire resistance limit of over 3 hours.

Environmental Performance

This material is non-toxic, harmless, low-carbon, and environmentally friendly. There are no harmful gas emissions or waste produced during its production and construction processes, and it eliminates pollution from repeated insulation removal waste. Its service life extends up to 50 years, synchronizing with the lifespan of buildings, meaning only one insulation installation is needed throughout a building's lifetime.

Physical Properties

Fireproof foamed cement board is characterized by being lightweight and high-strength, with a density of 180 kg per cubic meter and a compressive strength of over 0.2 MPa, meeting the strength requirements for transportation and engineering applications. Its thermal conductivity is as low as 0.045 W/(m·K), providing excellent thermal insulation performance. Additionally, the material has low water absorption and good freeze-thaw resistance. After 25 consecutive freeze-thaw cycles, the mass loss rate is less than 5%, and the strength loss rate is less than 20%.
