Inorganic active insulation crystals are made by crushing volcanic rock into mineral sand, which is then processed through a special expansion and firing method, resulting in irregular spherical particles with an internal cavity structure and a vitrified, sealed surface. This material is characterized by being lightweight, thermally insulating, fire-resistant, high-temperature resistant, anti-aging, low water absorption, no hollowing, no cracking, high strength, strong adhesion, good anti-sagging performance, and resistance to insect and ant erosion.

Application Scenarios and Construction Methods

Inorganic active wall thermal insulation material can replace traditional lightweight aggregates such as fly ash, floating beads, and glass bubbles. It is suitable for interior and exterior wall plastering of various buildings. During construction, the material only needs to be mixed with water and can be directly applied to dry walls, making the operation simple and convenient.
