Construction Methods

Base Treatment: Thoroughly remove surface dust, oil stains, and other substances that may affect construction from the base wall, and level the wall surface.

Plumb Line, Square, and Marking: Hang vertical reference lines according to the required insulation layer thickness, and mark horizontal lines for doors and windows, vertical control lines, etc., on the wall.

Spot Mortar and Ribbing: Use microcrystalline inorganic thermal insulation mortar to create spot mortar and ribs according to the designed insulation layer thickness to control the thickness of the insulation layer.

Apply Interface Agent: After the leveling layer has dried, begin applying the interface agent to ensure strong adhesion between the insulation layer and the base.

Construction: Ensure strong adhesion between the insulation layer and the base. Apply the mortar in layers, with an interval of at least 24 hours between each layer.
