New High-Efficiency Release Agent: Primarily composed of imported polymer materials, various additives, super-hydrophilic leveling agents, and other raw materials. It is colorless, odorless, and non-polluting, resulting in smooth and even product surfaces without affecting subsequent coloring or other processing techniques. It does not impact the adhesion or appearance of the finished product. The release is easy and does not damage the mold. The new high-efficiency release agent is widely used for demolding and release treatment of aluminum molds, steel molds, wooden molds, silicone molds, glass, ceramic molds, and plastic molds. It can be diluted with water at a ratio of 3-10 times. It is suitable for anti-adhesion treatment on the surfaces of various cement product molds, ensuring easy demolding without damaging the mold. It is also used for anti-adhesion and isolation treatment on石膏 mold surfaces, surface treatment of magnesium oxide product molds, lime product molds, and other water-diluted or water-mixed product surfaces. Applicable Scenarios: Brushing is more flexible for complex mold structures, while spraying is better suited for large, flat surfaces.

Specific Application Scenarios

Concrete Molds: Common release agents for concrete molds include oil-based, water-based, and resin-based types.
