This resolves major conflicts between property management and users, while also guiding the establishment of correct consumption concepts and enhancing energy-saving awareness, thereby contributing to national energy conservation goals.

The project utilizes the T8000 Central Air Conditioning Time-Based Billing System software.

The Central Air Conditioning Billing System is a software developed based on computer monitoring systems, combining domestic and international technological advantages tailored to the characteristics of property management. This system can perform data collection, computation, and analysis for central air conditioning and HVAC engineering systems. It also enables efficient energy-saving management of operational equipment. For centralized heating and cooling system control, it prevents energy waste, improves energy efficiency, ensures effective utilization of system energy, extends system lifespan, seeks the lowest cost energy utilization, and enhances comfort in office or home environments.

1. Flexible Sub-metering Billing Method: In sub-leasing scenarios, each unit typically uses one or more fan coil units. Each fan coil unit is matched with a thermostat and a unique ID number. The software identifies the fan coil unit corresponding to the thermostat via the ID number. By simply grouping the ID numbers by household, metering can be performed. If the unit layout changes, only regrouping of ID numbers in the software is required without rewiring, allowing for flexible summarization and statistics of tenant fan coil units. This is ideal for grouping and billing in composite buildings with variable unit layouts.

2. Centralized Meter Reading: Enables automatic meter reading functionality. Automatic meter reading follows a task schedule, performing readings at specified times.


1. Billing Function: The billing function can calculate the usage and cost for each independent billing point. It automatically summarizes fees and can print billing statements and usage details.
