The ZSCA800 vertical set reduction gear is a reducer for overhead cranes, featuring vertical installation, three-stage transmission, a hollow output shaft, and a housing divided into three parts. It is a soft-tooth-surface gear reducer.

The gears are made of 45 cast steel with hardened tooth surfaces, offering increased hardness, high load capacity, smooth transmission, and long service life. It is a reducer used in the transmission structures of overhead cranes and hoists. It is an externally meshed involute helical cylindrical gear reducer produced according to the standard ZBJ19004. Gear reducers are generally used in low-speed, high-torque transmission equipment. Ordinary reducers also have several pairs of gears based on the same principle to achieve the desired reduction effect. 1. The high-speed shaft rotation should not exceed 1500 rpm.

2. The circumferential speed of the gear transmission should not exceed 20 meters per second.

3. The operating environment temperature ranges from -40°C to 45°C. If the temperature is below 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0°C before starting.

4. The gear reducer can operate in both forward and reverse directions.
