During the straightening process, the measurement of the workpiece's bending degree, the positioning of straightening points, the press straightening of the workpiece, and the straightening effect are all automatically completed by the fully automatic straightening machine.
Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece being straightened, the straightening sequence of each measurement point can be freely set, and it is not limited to straightening the high point each time.
After the automatic straightening work is completed, the straightening machine can automatically determine whether the workpiece meets the tolerance requirements and provide light indicators and sound signals.
When the press head retracts and disengages from the workpiece, the system can quickly calculate whether the current straightening has achieved the expected result based on the current sensor position, without the need to re-rotate for measurement. If the system perceives that the straightening did not meet expectations, it will adjust the straightening stroke and quickly initiate the next straightening cycle, creating the visual effect of "continuous point straightening."
Once the system determines that the current straightening has achieved the expected result, it initiates rotational measurement to inspect the straightening effect. At the same time, it checks the runout of other measurement points and decides the next straightening position and stroke.
If all measurement points meet the requirements, the press head returns to the loading position.
A pass signal command is issued, and the system stores the workpiece straightening data for future reference.
The operator unloads the workpiece while simultaneously completing the loading of the next workpiece.
