Cantilever Type Circular Guide Rail Conveyor Line

High-speed single cantilever conveyor line, including the frame, conveying trough section, circular guide rail conveying section, and scraper automatic flipping section. The conveying trough section and circular guide rail conveying section are installed on the frame, with the circular guide rail conveying section adjacent to the conveying trough section;
The scraper flipping section is installed on the circular guide rail conveying section and is used for material conveying.
The scraper automatic flipping section uses spring ejection for automatic flipping, with no impact, low noise, and long service life; it adopts a circular guide rail, ensuring high precision, stable operation, and high speed.

The scraper flipping section is installed on the circular guide rail conveying section and is used for material conveying;
The circular guide rail conveying section includes a circular guide rail, circular guide rail slider, circular guide rail base, guide sprocket, and circular chain. The circular guide rail base is installed on the frame, and the circular guide rail is installed on the upper part of the circular guide rail base.
The circular guide rail slider is installed on the circular guide rail and slides in coordination with the circular guide rail;

Guide sprockets are installed on the frame inside the circular guide rail, with two guide sprockets positioned opposite each other and connected by a circular chain for transmission.
A chain support plate is installed on the frame under the circular chain to support the circular chain.
First guide plate, second guide plate, third guide plate, and stopper block. The first guide plate is installed on the circular guide rail base, with one end forming an inclined surface and the other end being flat;

The second guide plate is located on the circular guide rail base above the first guide plate, and the third guide plate is installed above the circular guide rail;
The stopper block is installed on the circular guide rail base, with its upper surface flush with the flat surface of the first guide plate.
A motor assembly is installed on the frame to drive one of the guide sprockets.

The conveying trough section includes a conveying trough support, conveying trough, and trough adjustment bracket. The conveying trough support is installed on the frame, and the conveying trough is installed on the conveying trough support;
The trough adjustment brackets are located on both sides of the conveying trough and are fixedly installed on the conveying trough support.

The scraper flipping section includes a scraper seat, main shaft, large guide block, adjustment block, small guide block, pin shaft, adjustment bolt, compression spring, connecting shaft, and scraper. The scraper seat is fixedly installed on the circular guide rail slider,

The circular guide rail slider is connected to the circular chain and slides along the circular guide rail,
The main shaft is rotatably installed on the scraper seat, and the large guide block is fixedly installed in the middle of the main shaft,
The scraper is fixedly installed at one end of the main shaft, and the small guide block is installed at the other end of the main shaft,
The adjustment block is rotatably connected to the main shaft,
The pin shaft is installed on the adjustment block, and the compression spring is sleeved on the adjustment bolt,
The end of the adjustment bolt has a radial through-hole for the pin shaft to pass through, and the adjustment bolt rotates in coordination with the pin shaft;
The connecting shaft is rotatably installed on the large guide block and slides in coordination with the adjustment bolt that passes through the connecting shaft.
