SFW6110B Omnidirectional Automatic Flood Work Light Usage Method
1. Push the product to the work site and place it stably. Press down the locks of the two universal wheels to lock the wheels and ensure they do not roll.
2. Place the lifting air rod vertically and tighten the manual screw to secure the air rod.
3. Place the lamp panel onto the smallest shaft of the lifting cylinder. After adjusting the position, tighten the locking screw. Then connect the aviation plug to the aviation socket of the lamp panel and tighten it. Next, insert the power plug on the cylinder into the socket on the generator.
4. Check that the generator load switch is set to the OFF position.
5. In rainy or humid conditions, ensure the generator grounding wire is reliably grounded.
6. Check the generator oil level as follows:
a) Open the oil filler cap and clean the oil dipstick with a clean cloth.
b) Insert the oil dipstick into the oil filler port without rotating it. If the oil level is below the lower limit of the dipstick, add oil.
c) Add oil until the oil level reaches the upper limit of the dipstick. Note: Use only four-stroke oil. Do not use impure four-stroke oil or two-stroke oil, as this may shorten the generator's lifespan.
d) Tighten the oil dipstick.
7. Check the fuel level. If it is too low, add 92# gasoline and securely close the fuel tank cap.
8. Check the air filter to ensure it is clean and intact.
9. Before starting the generator, connect the generator power cable to the hand control box.
10. Connect the air pump power to the hand control box.
11. Connect the 8mm diameter air hose from the hand control box to the air rod, and the 6mm diameter hose to the air pump. Finally, connect the lamp switch power.
12. Set the fuel valve to the ON position. For cold starts, move the choke lever to the "CLOSE" position (not required for warm starts). Set the engine switch to the "ON" position. Gently pull the starter handle until resistance is felt, then pull firmly. After starting, do not let the handle snap back; gently return it. Once the engine warms up, return the choke lever to its original position.
13. For manual operation, first turn on the main power switch of the hand control box. Raise the lamp pole to its highest position and hold for 5-10 seconds before turning off (built-in 2kg pressure switch).
14. When using the remote control, first turn off the main power switch of the hand control box. The remote has four switches: A controls the air rod rise, B controls the air rod descent, C controls lamp group one, and D controls lamp group two.
15. After work is completed, use the remote to release air. Alternatively, use the manual air release valve in the hand control box (requires the main power to be on). You can also press the manual air release valve to lower the lamp pole. After the lamp cools, disconnect the aviation plugs, loosen the nuts, remove the lamp panel, and store it in the transport iron box.
16. When using a tripod, place the lifting cylinder into the tripod. Adjust the tripod's three supports to ensure the lamp pole is vertical. Check that the bubble level on the tripod is centered. In windy conditions or on uneven ground, use a hammer to secure the tripod's iron ring for stability.

1. Due to exhaust emissions, do not use the generator indoors. Avoid use in direct rain. Keep flammable materials at least 1 meter away. Do not smoke while refueling. Stop the engine before refueling and avoid spilling gasoline.
2. Do not disassemble the lamp during operation to prevent electric shock. Ensure all power is off before disassembly.
3. The lamp becomes very hot during operation. Ensure no flammable or explosive materials are nearby. Do not touch the lamp to avoid burns.
4. When replacing the lamp tube, wait for it to cool naturally. Open the lamp housing and use gloves to replace the tube to prevent fingerprints from affecting its lifespan.
5. Do not place hands or objects near the extension or retraction points of the lifting cylinder to avoid crushing injuries.
6. If the lamp pole slightly descends during prolonged use, it is normal. Repressurize the lamp pole promptly.
7. When working near high-voltage power lines, ensure the raised lamp panel is at least 5 meters away. In thunderstorms or open areas, ensure reliable grounding to prevent lightning strikes.
8. If the lamp malfunctions, have it repaired by professionals or trained personnel. Do not disassemble it yourself to avoid injury.

1. Engine does not start
First, check if there is fuel in the tank. If not, add fuel.
Check if the engine switch is on. If not, turn it on.
Check if the oil level is sufficient. If not, add oil.
Check if the spark plug is in good condition. If not, clean and adjust it, or replace if necessary.
2. No voltage output
First, check if the AC circuit breaker is on. If not, turn it on.
Check if the load equipment is faulty. If faulty, replace or repair the equipment.
