Equipment Introduction:

High borosilicate glass utilizes the conductive properties of glass at high temperatures to achieve melting through internal heating, processed via advanced production techniques.

The VGT-1307FS High Borosilicate Glass Tube Ultrasonic Cleaner features 13 functional tanks, equipped with a circulation filtration system, automatic constant temperature system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, overflow system, and more. The cleaning and centrifugal drying sections have separate electrical control cabinets. The device uses environmentally friendly aqueous solvent washing, pure water rinsing, and centrifugal drying, making it an eco-friendly cleaner.

Cleaning Process:

Equipment Configuration:

I. Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank:

1. Ultrasonic system: Equipped with a fourth-generation ultrasonic generator, fundamentally ensuring effective ultrasonic conversion efficiency, ultrasonic performance, and the stability of the generator's quality;

2. Filtration circulation system: "SANSON" magnetic pump; stainless steel housing, with filtration precisions of 20μ, 10μ, 5μ, and 1μ (users can customize based on production needs).

II. Centrifugal Drying Performance:

1. Air filtration fan: Low noise, with airflow capable of completely removing water from the inner basket;

2. Machine surface: All welds are smooth, with an elegant and aesthetically pleasing appearance;

3. Main motor: Low noise and minimal vibration;

4. Frequency converter: Allows setting maximum limits and adjusting rotation speed;

5. Alarm system: Includes operation light, abnormal condition light, and semi-rotary alarm light;

6. Processing range: (Length) 305mm * (Width) 265mm, adjustable based on customer-provided product dimensions;

7. Balance force: Balance difference between the two baskets within 1.5KG, single basket load capacity within 5KG;

9. Electrical circuit: All wiring ducts are fixed, with electrical contact points designed to prevent discharge sparks.

III. Agitation Mechanism Type:

1. The agitation motor drives a linear slider up and down via an eccentric wheel, fundamentally ensuring continuous agitation, reducing frictional resistance, and preventing damage to the agitation system due to overweight workpieces, thereby enabling the agitation frame to move the cleaning basket up and down within the tank;

2. Excellent operational stability with low noise.

IV. Electrical Control:

1. Control cabinet: Located on the left side of the first tank, housing the ultrasonic generation system, relays, air switches, transformers, and other main electrical control circuits;

2. Control panel: Positioned at the front of the electrical control cabinet for easy operation;

3. Centralized installation of power switches, operational status indicators, heating switches, temperature displays, timers, alarm buzzers, etc.
