Infant rockers covered by this policy
An infant rocker is a freestanding product designed to rock an infant in a reclined position with the assistance of a caregiver or otherwise. Rockers are intended for infants who are not yet capable of sitting up on their own (approximately 0 to 6 months). Some infant rockers may include an enclosure that surrounds the child.
In accordance with Amazon’s requirements, all infant rockers must be tested and comply with the following specific regulations or standards:

Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (lead, phthalates);
Section 14(a)(5) of the Consumer Product Safety Act (tracking label);
16 CFR Part 1130 (Consumer Registration Requirements for Durable Infant or Toddler Products);
Any one of the following:
ASTM F2167-19 (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Infant Rockers);
ASTM F2167-22 (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Infant Rockers);
16 CFR Part 1229 (Safety Standard for Infant Rockers).
