Contents covered by the CPC certificate:
1. Identification of the product covered by this certificate
2. Each CPSC children's product safety regulation cited for the certified product
3. Information of the U.S. importer or manufacturer certifying the product
4. Contact information of the person maintaining test records
5. Product manufacturing date and location
6. Date and place of testing for compliance with consumer product safety regulations
7. CPSC-accepted third-party laboratory that conducted the compliance testing required for certification
Amazon requirements: Toys sold on Amazon must comply with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), meaning the CPC test report must be issued by a CPSC-accepted laboratory.
