The third-generation high-precision LCD digital display tester (moisture meter) is a must-have product for industrial mold prevention. It is particularly suitable for testing material moisture during product packaging and effectively controlling product humidity. Internally, it uses a capacitor as the humidity sensing signal. The humidity-sensitive capacitor is typically made of a polymer thin-film capacitor. When the environmental humidity changes, the dielectric constant of the humidity-sensitive capacitor changes, causing its capacitance to vary. The change in capacitance is proportional to the relative humidity. This is the working principle of the tester.      

Measurement Method:

1. Press the power button to turn on the device. The screen will display "00%".

2. Insert the probe into the test object to a depth of about 5mm. The value displayed on the screen is the moisture content of the test object. 

3. Press the "H" button to lock the current reading. The screen will display an "H" symbol. Press the "H" button again to unlock the reading. 

4. After measurement, turn off the power and cover the probe with its protective cap to complete the measurement.           

Precautions:

1. The probe of this device is very sharp. Do not allow children to play with it to avoid injury. 

2. Do not point the probe at others to prevent injury. 

3. This device is a high-resistance instrument. All components must have good insulation. During storage and use, protect it from moisture and dust. Keep the device dry and clean to ensure measurement accuracy. 

4. When the display shows a low battery warning, replace the battery with a new 9V battery. 

5. If the device will not be used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage and damage to the device.
