Product Introduction
Bamboo and Wood Mold Preventative is a new high-efficiency specialized mold inhibitor for bamboo materials, formulated with multiple antimicrobial agents. It offers advantages such as high concentration, acid and alkali resistance, anti-leaching properties, strong penetration, high adhesion, tolerance to high humidity, and broad applicability to various bamboo types. It overcomes the shortcomings of conventional mold inhibitors on the market, which are acid-resistant but not alkali-resistant, making them prone to decomposition and failure when encountering alkaline bamboo materials. It also addresses the limitation of traditional single-component bamboo mold inhibitors that are only effective against Trichoderma and Aspergillus in acidic bamboo but ineffective against Penicillium, Mucor, and white rot fungi in alkaline bamboo.

Main Applications
Suitable for preventing insects and mold in bamboo products. It can be widely used for protecting bamboo combs, forks, spoons, cutting boards, outdoor bamboo houses, outdoor bamboo fences, bamboo structures, bamboo carving products, and bamboo handicrafts.

The antimicrobial treatment provides users with the following benefits:
Prevents deterioration or discoloration caused by bacteria, mold, algae, and yeast. Maintains the "freshness" of items like furniture by inhibiting or preventing the growth of odor-causing bacteria and mold spots (mildew). Extends the lifespan of items by suppressing bacterial and mold growth. Keeps items hygienically clean. Provides insect resistance. The treatment results are long-lasting and resistant to repeated washing and cleaning. Prevents odor generation due to its other chemical protective properties. Within approved usage ranges, it exhibits good compatibility with substrates and processes.

Usage Instructions
1. Treatment Operation:
A. To ensure the mold and insect prevention effect after treatment, soaking bamboo materials and products in the mold inhibitor solution should result in a weight increase of 15%-20% (approximately 5-10 minutes). Note: Prepare the soaking liquid at a ratio of 1:30 (5Kg bamboo mold inhibitor : 100kg water).
B. Fully immerse bamboo materials and products in the prepared solution (do not expose to air). After achieving a weight increase of 15%-20%, remove and drip off excess solution. Air dry or sun dry before packaging and storage.
C. The solution prepared with this product is stable and can be reused without disposal. However, if the solution cannot fully submerge bamboo products, promptly add more solution, prepared at a higher concentration ratio.
D. For bamboo materials and products coated with gloss oil (paint), after the above treatment, adding iHeir-YQ paint mold inhibitor to the gloss oil will yield more significant results.
2. Packaging and Storage: 25Kg/drum. Store in a moisture-proof, light-protected environment. Valid shelf life: 1 year.

Precautions

1. This product is acidic and should not come into contact or be mixed with metals or alkaline substances.

2. Shake well before use (the presence of floating matter on the surface is normal).
3. This product is non-toxic with a high solid content. However, some individuals may experience skin contact allergies to the concentrate. It is recommended to wear rubber gloves during operation.
