Overview

       The LHG type rotary rake screen machine is a continuous automatic cleaning device developed based on summarizing and analyzing the usage of domestic bar screen cleaning machinery at water intake points, while incorporating advanced foreign technologies.        The LHG type rotary rake screen machine is an ideal pretreatment equipment for water intake points in large and medium-sized water supply and drainage projects. It is widely used in the pretreatment of rainwater and sewage in urban areas and planned communities, as well as for removing debris from water intakes in water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, power plants, and steel plants, thereby reducing the load on subsequent processes.

  Working Principle and Structure

      The rotary rake screen machine mainly consists of a drive mechanism, frame assembly, transmission chain, rake group, screen bars, and bottom bar screen.

      The reducer drives the sprocket to rotate the rake traction system, which in turn moves the rakes between the traction chains. Since each rake is inserted into the screen bars, it effectively transports intercepted debris to the upper limit position of the frame. During the chain's rotary direction change, the debris falls by gravity into the next process equipment. A small amount of debris adhering to the rakes is cleaned by a specially designed cleaning mechanism.
