The HT chemical channel pump is a product developed by our company based on advanced pump manufacturing technologies from both domestic and international sources, incorporating our own design elements. This pump features a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever structure, and its performance parameters comply with the GB5662 standard (equivalent to ISO2858).

In design, it utilizes advanced hydraulic models from both domestic and international sources, combined with the characteristics of two-phase flow pumps, to develop a new type of chemical channel pump with high efficiency and solid handling capability. It achieves 5%-10% higher efficiency compared to TW and open impeller pumps, making it an energy-saving product. The structural design draws inspiration from the American ANSI standard, featuring thickened shaft diameters and reduced cantilever ratios, eliminating the issues of high vibration and frequent shaft breakage in TW pumps. This enhances operational stability and reduces maintenance costs and operating expenses. The impeller with an ultra-wide flow channel has strong slurry handling capability, and it uses high-quality domestic mechanical seals. The product has been successfully applied in industries such as soda ash, chlor-alkali, salt production, smelting, papermaking, and environmental protection, as well as in environments prone to crystallization and containing multiple particles. It is the *optimal conveying equipment for solid particle environments in industries like soda ash, chlor-alkali, salt production, smelting, papermaking, and environmental protection.

Can convey chemical slurries containing particles with diameters of 3-5 mm and solids content less than 20%. For example, conveying salt slurries and salt mud in alkali and inorganic salt production;
