　　The Xin'anjiang brand graphite-modified polypropylene falling film absorber is a new generation of falling film absorption equipment developed after traditional graphite absorbers. The equipment consists of four parts: film-forming elements, shell, head, and heat transfer tube bundle. The process of the falling film absorber: after uniform distribution through the absorption weir of the gas-liquid distribution system, the liquid flows down along the inner wall of the absorption tube, mixes and absorbs with the gas simultaneously introduced, and is cooled by water on the outer wall of the tube, forming a process of simultaneous absorption and cooling.

　　1. High absorption rate: When connected in series with a tail gas absorption tower, the HCl absorption rate can reach 99%-100%.
　　2. Adjustable production capacity, repeated circulation, hydrochloric acid concentration up to 33%-35%, low outlet temperature, no need for further cooling, easy control, and stable operation.
　　3. Corrosion-resistant and less prone to scaling: Resistant to most acids, alkalis, salts, and solvents, with stable heat transfer.
　　4. Good seismic resistance of heat exchange tubes, minimal maintenance, and a service life of over 6 years. The price is 50% of that of graphite falling film absorbers.
　　5. The equipment must be installed vertically to ensure uniform distribution of the absorption liquid.
