This unit is currently the world's advanced and *largest spiral winding forming machine for cylindrical sections, capable of processing cylinders with a diameter of φ3500mm and a single section length of 6200mm. The welding at the tank bottom and trough base, which endure the highest stress, is performed using imported automated sliding extrusion welders, allowing large welds to be completed in one pass without rewelding. This ensures leak-free performance under any conditions, safely storing hazardous corrosive liquids and safeguarding work and environmental safety.
