Overview SUMMARY

This pump is a standard chemical process pump upgraded and innovated based on the IH pump. It features a single-stage, single-suction, overhung structure, with performance parameters and dimensions compliant with GB5662 (equivalent to ISO2858 standard).

The IJ-type corrosion-resistant chemical alkali pump adopts an advanced hydraulic model in its design, offering high efficiency and energy-saving performance. The structural design draws from the international ANSI standard, featuring a thickened shaft diameter and shortened overhang to enhance operational stability. It can handle working temperatures up to 175°C and transport liquids with suspended particles smaller than 3mm and a solid content of less than 5%. It is widely applicable in industries such as alkali, acid, petrochemical, and environmental protection.

Applications APPLICATIONS

● Alkali industry: Used for ammonia brine mother liquor in soda ash and ammonia production, as well as in combined alkali production; for常溫 caustic soda in chlor-alkali production, chlorine products, chlorates, and hypochlorites.
