There are many types of shock absorber abnormal noises, and the causes are very complex. According to the mechanism of occurrence, shock absorber abnormal noises include four major categories: friction impact, resonance, gas, and throttling. Among them, friction impact, throttling, and gas abnormal noises are emitted by the shock absorber itself, while resonance abnormal noises are produced by the resonance between the shock absorber and other components.

This vehicle shock absorber abnormal noise testing system developed by Xi'an LETRY Material Testing Technology Co., Ltd. is designed in accordance with QC/T545-1999 "Bench Test Methods for Automotive Telescopic Shock Absorbers".

1. Can perform durability tests on shock absorbers.

2. Can perform indicator diagram tests on shock absorbers, drawing indicator diagrams. Displays rebound resistance and compression resistance.

3. Can perform speed characteristic tests on shock absorbers, drawing speed characteristic curves (fixed stroke, varying frequency; fixed frequency, varying stroke).

4. Can measure the internal friction resistance of shock absorbers, drawing friction force-displacement curves, and digitally displaying the maximum friction force value.
