The 3051 Intelligent Pressure Transmitter is a new type of intelligent instrument developed by our factory using internationally advanced technology in collaboration with multiple domestic technical forces. Zero Positive and Negative Shift: For negative zero shift, the lower range limit must be greater than or equal to -URL; for positive zero shift, the upper range limit must be less than or equal to +URL. The calibrated range must be greater than or equal to the minimum range.

Damping Time Constant: Time constant is adjustable in increments of 0.1 seconds, from minimum to 32 seconds. If damping time is 0, it defaults to 0.1.

Working Principle

The intelligent circuit board uses advanced integrated circuits and SMT technology, integrating conversion circuits and processing circuits onto a single board.

The transmitter's microprocessor controls the operation of the A/D and D/A conversion modules while also performing digital communication and self-diagnostic functions. During operation, the microprocessor controls the A/D conversion module to sample and convert analog signals from the sensing element into digital signals.

The microprocessor processes the digital signals, including signal linearization, temperature compensation, and engineering unit conversion. The microprocessor can also perform sensor characterization, range setting, damping time adjustment, and other functions. EEPROM stores all configuration and fine-tuning parameters. Since the memory is non-volatile, stored parameters are not lost after power-off.
