Anhydrous transparent powder is a non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free inorganic non-metallic material. Due to its excellent properties such as high transparency, good temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high insulation, low expansion, stable chemical performance, and high hardness, it is widely used in various plastic fields.

1. Anhydrous transparent powder appears as a white powder and can withstand temperatures from -50 to 1600°C. Bulk density: 0.8 g/cm3, true density: 2.0 g/cm3.

2. Fineness of anhydrous transparent powder: average fineness 1–12 μm, average particle size 1–3 μm, specific surface area: 2–2.8 m2/g. Common specifications include average particle sizes of 1250 mesh, 2500 mesh, 6000 mesh, and 8000 mesh.

3. Particle morphology: During processing, due to surface tension during phase transformation, amorphous spherical particles with relatively smooth surfaces are formed. It is a material with a large specific surface area and high activity. In specific environments, the tiny spherical particles can act as lubricants.

4. Good insulation properties: Due to its high purity, low impurity content, stable performance, and excellent electrical insulation properties, the cured product exhibits good insulation and arc resistance.

5. It can reduce the peak exothermic temperature of plastic curing reactions, lower the linear expansion coefficient and shrinkage rate of the cured product, thereby eliminating internal stress and preventing cracking.

6. Corrosion resistance: Anhydrous transparent powder does not easily react with other substances and is chemically inert to most acids and alkalis. Its particles uniformly cover the surface of objects, providing strong corrosion resistance.

7. Reasonable particle distribution enhances the tensile and compressive strength of molded plastics, improves wear resistance, increases thermal conductivity, and enhances flame retardancy.

8. As a filler added to plastics, anhydrous transparent powder not only improves various properties of plastics but also reduces product costs.

Features

Significantly improves hardness, wear resistance, weather resistance, insulation, and flame retardancy in coatings (transparent paint, PE, PO transparent primer), ink topcoats, printing paste, transparent masterbatch, rubber and plastic, transparent silicone, transparent glass adhesive, and other industries. Proper addition does not affect film transparency.
