Third, it adapts to a wide range of temperature differences, tolerating temperatures from -40°C to 400°C. However, the spiral plate heat exchanger also has limitations. Due to plate strength constraints, its working pressure typically does not exceed 2.5 MPa, making it unsuitable for high-pressure conditions. Typical application scenarios include heat exchange for acid and alkali solutions in the chemical industry, juice concentration and cooling in the food industry, and water-to-water heat exchange in heating systems. For example, in beer brewing, it efficiently cools high-temperature wort, and its smooth stainless steel plates are less likely to retain residues, meeting food hygiene standards.
