1. Regular Visual Inspection: Each time the lance is replaced or during wind breaks, check the lance surface for signs of ablation, deformation, or wear. Pay special attention to whether the porous lance tip is clogged or shows expanded wear, and promptly clean any blockages or replace the tip.

3. Dimensional Inspection: Regularly measure the wall thickness of key sections of the lance (especially the front 500mm area). Replace the lance promptly when the wall thickness is reduced to half of the design value to avoid sudden perforation.
4. Installation Standards: Ensure that the insertion depth and angle of the lance meet process requirements, and that the connections with the tuyere and ball valve are well-sealed to prevent air leakage or airflow deviation.

Ensure the working environment of the lance meets process requirements to minimize the impact of system malfunctions on the lance.
