The fluidized bed desulfurization unit produced by Xiangye features a fluidizer installed at the lower part of the injection tank. The main material used is a diffusion metal mesh plate, and an internal gas distributor ensures uniform airflow distribution across the entire fluidized bed. It is categorized as follows:

(1) SLH Type Top-Discharge Fluidized Device

This product is specifically designed for the top-discharge process of pulverized coal injection tanks. Depending on installation space and maintenance requirements, the fluidized device is available in two structures: integrated and split-bed types. The integrated structure adopts a compact, space-saving design with easy installation, making it suitable for applications with limited space. The split-bed structure separates the fluidization components from the support structure, facilitating later inspection, maintenance, and component replacement, thereby fully meeting diverse user needs for equipment installation space and operational convenience. (2) XLH Type Bottom-Discharge Fluidized Device

This product is primarily used for the fluidization process in bottom-discharge pulverized coal injection devices and can also serve as a discharge fluidization equipment at the bottom of coal powder silos, offering broad functional applicability. A wide range of customized specifications are available, with nominal inlet diameters ranging from DN400 to DN1000 and outlet diameters from DN600 to DN1500. It is suitable for pulverized coal transportation projects of various scales, from small experimental lines to large industrial production lines, meeting the specification requirements of diverse equipment configurations.
