Our company produces an integrated rapping hammer where the U-shaped clamp and the axle clamp connected to the shaft are formed from a single steel plate through one-time press molding. This ensures the precision of the shaft latch and the required relative position for installation, enabling reliable use, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the electrostatic precipitator, reducing pollution, and protecting the environment.

A mechanical rapping hammer for the cathode top of an electrostatic precipitator, designed to reduce mechanical wear and dust accumulation. The innovative design places the rapping hammer outside the dust collection area of the precipitator, above the unit. A fork plate (6) is installed on the rotating shaft (8) at the position corresponding to the rapping hammer (3). Relative to the rapping anvil (2), the rapping hammer (3) is mounted on a bracket (13) placed on the insulator cover plate (4). The rotating shaft (8) is connected to the insulator cover plate (4) via a bearing seat (7) and support (5), offering advantages such as simple manufacturing, easy installation and maintenance, and low cost. It is an ideal cathode rapper for electrostatic precipitators.

The cathode rapping hammer is precisely assembled from multiple components, including a flexible clamping arm, hammerhead, hammer handle, and rapping shaft. Its unique feature lies in the flexible clamping arm, which is ingeniously designed as one arm, an arc-shaped flexible arm, and another arm. One arm is securely connected to the hammerhead with a robust large rivet, while the other arm is movably connected to the hammer handle with a delicate small rivet. Finally, the hammer handle is firmly fixed to the rapping shaft.

The standout feature of the anode rapping hammer is its curved hammer arm design. This design allows the curved hammer arm to closely follow the shaft as it rotates, maintaining an extremely small distance between the hammerhead and the rapping shaft at all times. This not only prevents the hammerhead from entering the electric field discharge distance, avoiding discharge between the cathode wire and the hammerhead, but also significantly reduces the torque required for the hammerhead to rise. As a result, a rapping motor with lower power can achieve excellent rapping效果.

Regarding the working principle of the anode rapping hammer, it clears dust deposited on the surfaces of plates and wires by causing them to vibrate.
