The Xiangye Pagoda Fluidization Disc is a shining gem in the pneumatic conveying system of power plants. It is a pagoda-style powder fluidization disc specifically designed for pneumatic conveying of powders. This unique equipment consists of a robust pump body, with a feed inlet at the top and an air inlet installed at the bottom. The bottom of the pump body is ingeniously fixed with a pagoda-shaped fluidization disc.
      This fluidization disc is arranged with delicate disc plates from top to bottom, working together to fluidize the material inside the pump body. Compressed air then drives these fluidized materials outward for conveyance, as if performing a dancing feast inside the pipeline. While supplementing air, the dual effects of cutting and fluidization by the conical annular airflow further fluidize and accelerate the material in the pipeline, ultimately achieving long-distance conveying goals.

       The coal injection fluidization disc is cleverly installed on the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bin. Gas and pulverized coal on the bed are fully mixed through the fluidization plate, uniformly forming a fluidized solid-gas package, facilitating long-distance conveying.

 The fluidization plate is made of high-tech, high-performance sintered stainless steel wire mesh, which is heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, with high mechanical strength, great rigidity, and a long service life.

      The power plant bin pump canvas fluidization disc mixes the material with air, presenting a gasified state with good fluidity to improve conveying efficiency. When used in a cement raw material homogenization silo, it can uniformly mix and homogenize the cement raw materials. Pneumatic conveying devices and gasification bed devices utilizing this type of permeable layer have been widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, power plants, food, and transportation industries, achieving excellent results as replacements for traditional belt conveyors and screw conveyors.
