The stainless steel wire mesh fluidization plate is manufactured using multi-layer metal woven wire mesh as raw material, prepared through special lamination design, composite pressing, and vacuum (or protective atmosphere) sintering processes. It not only retains the simple pore structure and uniform mesh size characteristics of ordinary metal woven wire mesh but also overcomes its shortcomings such as low strength, poor integrity, and unstable mesh shape. Moreover, it allows flexible and reasonable matching and design of the material's pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength, resulting in excellent comprehensive properties.

       Used in purification and filtration, separation and recovery of solid particles, divergent cooling in extreme high-temperature environments, airflow distribution control, air flotation transmission, gas sampling, enhanced mass and heat transfer, and flame retardancy and explosion prevention.

      The silo pump fluidization plate, also known as the aeration plate, is an auxiliary device for storage hoppers in pneumatic conveying systems. After connecting preheated air, it fluidizes powdered materials, enhancing their fluidity. It is mainly used in electrostatic precipitator ash hoppers, various powder and granular material storage hoppers, ash silo bottoms, and silo pump bottoms. During operation, heated compressed air is introduced through the bottom connection of the aeration plate device, evenly entering the material layer through the aeration plate, loosening the material in the silo and fully fluidizing it. This prevents material arching and bridging in the silo, improves material fluidity, and ensures continuous, stable, and safe production.

     The aeration plate has excellent air permeability and wear resistance. The tank surface is pickled and galvanized, providing oxidation resistance and rust prevention. The aeration plate and box shell are assembled using high-temperature resistant sealant.

      Product Applications:

      Aeration devices and aeration chutes are auxiliary components for intermediate silos, ash hoppers, flat-bottom silos, and conical-bottom silos. They are typically installed at the bottom of material storage silos or on the sides of ash hoppers. During discharge, heated compressed air is connected to fluidize the powdered or granular materials, enhancing their fluidity and ensuring smooth discharge.

      The tank body is formed in one piece using molding processes, ensuring airtight sealing at the box and connections, with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. Before assembly, shaping adjustments are made to eliminate all welding deformations and internal stresses, ensuring a smooth and flat bottom surface and flange connection surface.
