      The structure of the air supplement device is divided into adjustable and non-adjustable types. The adjustable air supplement device mainly consists of two sets of pipes: the inner pipe transports coal, while the annular gap formed between the outer pipe and the inner pipe carries the supplementary gas. The supplementary gas alters the transportation environment of the pulverized coal, thereby improving the pneumatic conveying conditions of the coal pipeline.

       This air supplement regulator improves the straight conical annular gap air channel into a swirling air channel, resulting in more thorough and uniform mixing of powder and gas. It allows for arbitrary adjustment of the powder-to-gas mixing ratio, generates pulsation phenomena, greatly enhances conveying capacity, reduces conveying costs, has a low failure rate, and a long service life. During dense-phase conveying, by adjusting the bypass air supplement volume, the powder flow rate can be regulated over a wide range, and the formed material column can be disrupted to achieve stable long-distance conveying effects. This air supplement device adopts an inner and outer pipe form, with the center transporting pulverized coal and the outer ring pipe conveying secondary air in a jet at a certain angle, mixing circumferentially with the central powder material. It is widely applicable to pneumatic conveying and dust removal systems for pulverized coal injection in blast furnaces, fly ash in power plants, cement, dust, and other powders.
