In the field of pulverized coal transportation, the pulverized coal fluidized conveyor plays a pivotal role. This "fluidization artifact" is a key device in coal powder transport, much like the silent yet crucial wind that aids combustion. It is hidden at the bottom of the injection tank, quietly performing its function.

I. Its Purpose and Characteristics

This artifact serves as the wings for coal powder transport. It is primarily made of a specialized liquid-diffusion metal mesh plate, with an internal gas equalizer ensuring uniform and thorough airflow distribution in the fluidized bed. As a result, the coal powder achieves better fluidization, making the transportation process smooth and efficient.

Like a flexible warrior, it can handle challenges from various media. Whether it is air accompanying the coal powder or nitrogen, it manages with ease. Its operating temperature ranges adeptly from 0 to 100°C, while the design pressure can be adjusted freely between 0.6 and 1.6 MPa.

Depending on the process requirements of coal powder transportation, this artifact comes in two forms: "top discharge" and "bottom discharge."

1. SLH Type Top Discharge Fluidization Device

This device is a combination of integrated and split-bed designs, specifically tailored for top discharge from coal injection tanks. It can be customized to meet any flange standards and specifications, offering flexible solutions.

2. XLH Type Bottom Discharge Fluidization Device

This device is designed for bottom discharge from coal powder silos. It boasts a wide range of production specifications, with coal inlet sizes ranging from DN1000 to DN400 and coal outlet sizes extending from DN600 to DN1500. It meets all kinds of demands effortlessly.

IV. The Art of Fluidized Injection in Metallurgical Blast Furnaces

In the pulverized coal injection process of metallurgical blast furnaces, another fluidized injection device stands out. It utilizes 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel plates with cross-shaped, long narrow slits arranged perpendicular to the centerline. The slit gap is only 0.5mm, with a length of about 20mm and a spacing of 10mm. After a 1×45° chamfer treatment, compressed air is concentrated at the center of the fluidized injection device, enhancing the suspended fluidization effect of the coal powder. This ensures smoother coal powder flow and stabilizes the injection process. This innovative design significantly improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the fluidized injection device.
