Overview

The UHZ-XHC815 corrosion-resistant magnetic flap level gauge is the most commonly used side-mounted level gauge type in our company's magnetic flap level gauge series.

Main Technical Parameters

Measuring range: 200–6000 mm. For level gauges exceeding 6000 mm or where transportation conditions do not allow excessive length, segmented manufacturing can be adopted.

Accuracy: ±10 mm

Medium density: 0.5–2.0 g/cm3

Medium density difference: ≥0.15 g/cm3 (for interface measurement)

Operating temperature: -80–400°C

Operating pressure: -0.1–16 MPa

Medium viscosity: ≤0.4 Pa·S

Process connection: Flange diameter DN20–DN50. The flange standard adopts the latest HG20592–20635-97 flange standard issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1998. For other flange standards (such as GB, JB/T, HGJ, ANSI, DIN, etc.), please specify when ordering.

Main conduit material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti; 304SS; 316L; titanium.
