Working Principle:
Material is fed into the classification chamber through the rotary valve at the feed port located beside the upper cylinder. It is dispersed and classified near the horizontally installed rotor. Coarse powder is thrown to the cylinder wall and moves downward, where it is acted upon by secondary air at the air grid and blown by primary air from the central pipe. Fine powder separates again from the coarse powder and is sent to the rotor for classification. Finally, the coarse powder moves downward and is discharged out of the machine through the rotary valve on the lower cylinder, while the fine powder passes through the gaps of the rotor blades and is discharged out of the machine via the exhaust pipe. In the collector, the tail gas is released into the atmosphere by the fan.

·This machine is a dry air classifier, specifically a centrifugal classifier with secondary air intake and a horizontally installed classification rotor. It offers strong wear resistance and a long service life. It is generally suitable for classifying non-sticky materials.
·Even products that are difficult to disperse in air can be classified to obtain fine and coarse powders with excellent cleanliness (meaning minimal carryover between fine and coarse powders).

·Wide classification range. It can be selected for a range of d97=4-150μm, with a maximum production capacity of up to 8t/h, making it widely applicable in the cement manufacturing industry.
·Capable of classifying spherical, flake, and fibrous particles, as well as separating materials of different densities.
·High classification precision: d75/d25=1.1-1.5
·High classification efficiency: Newton efficiency η=60-90%
·Compact equipment structure, easy adjustment of classification particle size. Simple installation, operation, maintenance, and cleaning, with a small footprint, low noise, and minimal vibration.
·Large production capacity; when producing d97=10μm, the capacity can exceed 1000Kg/h. It can operate in conjunction with various mechanical crushers like Raymond mills and jet mills to produce ultrafine powder.
