       The electric vacuum feeding machine consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free and water-free), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, filter, compressed air reverse blowing device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper, and automatic level control device. The entire system is designed reasonably and manufactured exquisitely.

II. Working Principle:

        Using a vortex air pump to extract air, the suction nozzle inlet and the entire system are maintained under a certain negative pressure. Powder and granular materials are sucked into the nozzle along with external air, forming a material-air flow that reaches the hopper through the suction pipe, where air and material are separated. The separated material enters the receiving equipment. Feeding—discharging is completed through the continuous opening and closing of the pneumatic directional valve, which is controlled by the control center.

      Vacuum conveying is a closed pipeline conveying method that can eliminate dust environmental pollution, improve the working environment, and reduce contamination of materials by the environment and personnel, thereby enhancing cleanliness. Due to its pipeline conveying nature, it occupies minimal space and can complete powder conveying in confined areas, making the workspace aesthetically pleasing. It is particularly不受長短距離限制 (not limited by short or long distances).
