XL-KLYP Small Two-Roll Mill  Laboratory Press Machine

I. Overview:

Small Two-Roll Mill is used for sheeting products such as PVC plastic, toner, silicone, or rubber, producing samples for color matching/color comparison or testing purposes. This machine heats electrically, warming the two rolls to soften the sample, then repeatedly kneads and mixes it evenly to produce the sample sheet.

II. Structure:

1) Small Two-Roll Mill features a benchtop structure composed of a base, roller upper seat, 304# material receiving tray tabletop, and an enclosure.

2) It consists of a transmission device, main unit, rollers, roll gap adjustment device, emergency stop brake device, bottom natural ventilation device, electric heating device, and electrical control components. The motor is directly connected to the reducer, driving the large sprocket on the rear roller shaft via a small sprocket on the output shaft. The rear roller then drives the front roller through a speed ratio gear at the other end, causing both rollers to rotate in opposite directions.

3) The rollers feature forward and reverse rotation and independent heating functions. Each roller is controlled by two temperature control systems, divided into first-stage and second-stage temperatures.

4) Small Two-Roll Mill is equipped with a touch-type emergency stop button. Press the button immediately in case of danger to halt operation.

5) The surfaces of the two rollers are hard chrome-plated. Metal tools must not be used to scrape or grind the roller surfaces during pressing or sheet removal (bamboo tools should be used instead) to avoid damaging the surface.
