Product Positioning
An economical working fluid designed for electrical discharge machining, offering high cost-effectiveness as an alternative to traditional kerosene and imported products. Suitable for mold manufacturing, precision part processing, and other fields.

Functions

1. Discharge Medium

   • Provides a stable insulating environment, maintains breakdown voltage for 10-100μm discharge gaps, and ensures effective conversion of pulse energy.

   • Low conductivity (volume resistivity ≥1×1012Ω·m) prevents arcing and protects electrodes and workpieces.

2. Cooling and Chip Removal

   • Kinematic viscosity of 2.0-2.2cSt (40℃) allows rapid penetration into narrow gaps to carry away metal debris and reduce carbon buildup.

   • Boiling point >200℃ ensures continuous cooling of high-temperature discharge zones (instantaneous temperatures up to 10,000℃), extending electrode life.

3. Process Optimization

   • Light-colored transparent oil (water-white) enhances processing visibility, facilitating monitoring of the erosion process.

   • Antioxidant design (acid value <0.01mgKOH/g) reduces sludge formation and extends oil change intervals by over 50%.
