Xinrui Ultra-Pure Water Equipment utilizes methods such as pretreatment, reverse osmosis technology, ultra-purification treatment, and post-treatment to almost completely remove conductive media from water, as well as reduce non-dissociating colloidal substances, gases, and organic matter to very low levels.
The Xinrui laboratory ultrapure water system is broadly divided into four units: pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ion exchange, and terminal ultrafiltration. Tap water first passes through the pretreatment unit to remove larger particles, suspended solids, and some organic matter. It then enters the reverse osmosis unit, where ionic substances and macromolecules (such as viruses, microorganisms, etc.) are selectively removed. Afterwards, it goes through the ion exchange unit to purify and ultra-purify the residual trace ions left after membrane removal, reducing the ion content in the water to trace levels. Finally, technologies like UV and ultrafiltration ensure that microorganisms, organic matter, and pyrogens in the ultrapure water meet the requirements of various experimental applications.
Technical Requirements for Xinrui Ultrapure Water Systems:
1. Two-stage reverse osmosis for deep desalination; raw water quality <2000μs, hardness <450ppm;
2. Reverse osmosis purified water meets the GB6682-2008 Grade III water standard, while ultrapure water exceeds the GB6682-2008 Grade I water standard.
