【W(wǎng)orking Principle】
Inject the sample into the microbial limit culture device, and use the built-in vacuum pump of the tester to apply negative pressure filtration, trapping microorganisms from the sample on the filter membrane. Remove the membrane with a membrane extractor, transfer it to a prepared solid culture medium with the bacterial side facing up, and lay it flat. Cover to form a sealed culture box, and incubate in a constant temperature incubator for cultivation and counting.
