Debugging process: Gateway debugging should be performed after the chiller unit debugging is completed. 1. CCN settings. Communication parameters: 9600 baud rate, alarm broadcasting disabled, master-slave function disabled, all of which are the operator's factory default settings and do not need to be modified. Set the CCN address (i.e., the combination of element address and bus number) for each device. Please note that element address 239, bus 0 is occupied by the gateway; do not set it to this address. For steps on setting the CCN address, refer to the device manual. If the debugging personnel changed the operation password, apply to Carrier Corporation. This is the owner's legal right. 2. Gateway status indicator: After power-on, the power light remains on, which can be used to determine if the power supply is working properly. The status light turns on when powered and turns off when the program starts running. If devices have been mapped within the gateway, the status light will blink every two seconds. 3. RS485 status indicator: The transmit indicator blinks when any data is sent. The receive indicator blinks only when a valid data packet is received. Note: For the CCN interface, a valid data packet indicates a valid response has been received; for the Modbus RTU/ASC interface, it refers to receiving valid data packets sent to the local machine or broadcast; for BACnet, it refers to receiving valid network data packets (excluding token packets) sent locally or broadcast. If the gateway has no mapped devices, it will automatically initialize and configure the device every 30 seconds after power-on, assigning it element address 1 and bus number 0. If initialization is successful, the status light will start blinking. 5. Gateway reset. If you forget the gateway's IP address, web username, and password and cannot log in, press and hold the reset button for more than 3 seconds, then release. The gateway will automatically restart, the IP address will revert to 192.168.100.1, and DHCP will be enabled.
