In heavy-duty conditions such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, paper and pulp, metallurgical mining, oil and gas, and power industries, PTFE lining is suitable for mildly corrosive conditions, while rubber lining is suitable for mildly abrasive conditions.

Integrated thin-profile disc and stem design provides minimal flow resistance to the fluid, resulting in high Cv values, low-pressure loss, and excellent regulating performance.
Smoothly polished disc edges ensure overall centering and sealing when the valve is closed, resulting in low torque, extended seat life, and tight shut-off functionality.
The elastomeric seat serves three functions: first, it completely isolates the valve body and stem from the pipeline medium; second, it maintains bubble-tight sealing at full rated pressure; third, it provides active flange sealing, eliminating the need for flange gaskets.
Heavy-duty design with corrosion-resistant top bushings supports the upper stem, absorbs lateral loads from the actuator, and extends valve service life.
Bidirectional sealing with self-adjusting double V-ring stem seals prevents external contaminants from entering the valve body.
Split-body design ensures easy replacement of the seat and disc-stem assembly on-site, and allows direct installation of Keystone actuators without couplings or mounting brackets.
