Working Principle:

A set of adjustable eccentric blocks is installed at both ends of the rotor shaft. When the motor is powered and rotates, the eccentric blocks spin at high speed along with the shaft, generating centrifugal force, which serves as the excitation force. This force is transmitted to the vibrating machinery through the motor's feet or flange, causing the equipment to vibrate. 

Performance Parameters: The power rating typically ranges from 0.75 to 11 kW, the excitation force ranges from 3 to 165 kN, and the protection level reaches IP55, enabling it to adapt to relatively harsh working environments.

Adjustable Excitation Force: By simply adjusting the eccentric blocks on both ends to form a certain angle with the inner eccentric blocks, the excitation force can be steplessly adjusted to meet different working requirements.   

 Energy Efficiency: The efficiency is 2-2.5 percentage points higher than the national standard, with high utilization of excitation force and low energy consumption.
