The Binhe CZ-type bin wall vibrator is a device produced by Xinxiang Binhe Electric Motor Co., Ltd., used to prevent and eliminate material clogging and bridging in bins. Below is a detailed introduction: 

Working Principle    

Vibration generated by electromagnetic action: The bin wall vibrator consists of components such as the vibration body, resonance spring, electromagnet, and base. The iron core and armature are fixed to the base and vibration body, respectively. When the circuit is connected, a pulsating DC voltage is applied to the electromagnetic coil during the positive half-cycle, causing the electromagnet to act. A pulsed electromagnetic force is generated between the vibration body and the base, attracting the vibration body. At this point, the elastic system stores potential energy. During the negative half-cycle, the diode does not conduct, and the electromagnetic force disappears. Relying on the potential energy stored in the elastic system, the vibration body vibrates in the opposite direction. This cycle repeats, causing the vibration body to vibrate back and forth at the frequency of the alternating current.    

Vibration transmission and material activation: The periodic high-frequency vibration of the vibration body is transmitted to the bin wall through the "impact block." The periodic vibration of the bin wall, on one hand, separates the material from the bin wall, and on the other hand, subjects the material to alternating speed and acceleration, placing it in an unstable state. This effectively overcomes the internal friction and cohesion of the material, allowing it to discharge smoothly from the bin outlet. 

Structural Features   

 Multiple elastic element options: Based on the elastic elements used, it can be classified into plate spring type, spiral spring type, and rubber spring type. The plate spring type has a compact structure, and large vibrators often use a "U"-shaped electromagnet. The spiral spring type is suitable for small and medium-sized vibrating machinery, requiring the four springs on the same vibrator to have consistent stiffness and length. The rubber spring type is suitable for small vibrating machinery and bin wall vibrators, using annular shear rubber springs. The iron core can be designed into various shapes according to structural needs.    

Different iron core structures: Iron core structures include "U"-shaped, "H"-shaped, "mountain"-shaped, and circular, among others. The currently more common power supply method is half-wave rectification, followed by half-wave plus DC power supply.
