- Usage Method
- Preparation Stage: Precisely measure the required emulsifier in advance.
- Aqueous Phase Treatment: Add the measured emulsifier to an appropriate amount of water, then start the stirring device and slowly heat to 60 - 70°C. Within this temperature range, the emulsifier can fully dissolve and disperse evenly in the water, preparing it for the subsequent emulsification reaction with asphalt.
- Asphalt Treatment: Meanwhile, heat the asphalt to 120 - 130°C to bring it to a state suitable for emulsification.
- Emulsification Stage: Once both the aqueous phase and asphalt reach their respective temperatures, begin the production of emulsified asphalt. Use specific equipment and processes to ensure thorough mixing and emulsification of the two.
