1.3 During the crisis intervention process, intervention measures can be carried out for those awaiting intervention. The system allows checking intervention measures, and both the records of crisis intervention and post-intervention results can be filled in. It also supports exporting and printing when crisis intervention records need to be retrieved later.

1.4 Relevant student supervisors can provide feedback on abnormal students. The abnormal content includes basic information, record entries, abnormal assessment status, report lists, etc., clearly reflecting the specific situation of the student.

1.5 Apart from scale assessment warnings, homeroom teachers and psychological counselors can perform abnormal operations on students based on their daily life situations and consultation status. After proper evaluation, abnormal students can be added to the intervention list or the watchlist. The watchlist and intervention list can be filtered for long-term tracking and follow-up on relevant crisis intervention situations.

2.1 The system intelligently automatically marks individuals identified by assessment warnings as part of the watchlist.

2.2 If individuals in the watchlist are confirmed to require intervention, they can be added to the intervention list within the system.

2.3 The watchlist allows querying of warned individuals and their warning levels.

Intervention Records: Allows viewing various records of personnel requiring intervention at any time, including recorded crisis issues, danger levels, discovery methods, trigger records, abnormal conditions, intervention measures, assessment results, measure descriptions, intervention outcomes, and follow-up support plans.

4. Crisis Intervention Monthly Report: The monthly report displays the number of new additions to the intervention list and watchlist each month, as well as the classification of various abnormal conditions by number of people. The system supports monthly statistics of crisis intervention data and allows exporting by type and list.

5. The system allows customization of warning categories, intervention measures, and abnormal types.

6. The system includes a built-in electronic version of the crisis intervention guide manual for guiding psychological teachers, etc.
