2. User Management

2.1 Standardized user templates: standard templates are available for regular users, counselor users, and administrator users, supporting batch import.

2.2 Multi-identity recognition login: regular users, counselor users, and administrator users all support the input of facial and fingerprint information.

2.3 Regular Users

① Comprehensive management functions: administrators can perform batch deletion, password recovery, login prohibition, and other operations on users.

② Automatic grade promotion: regular users are automatically promoted to the next grade each year.

③ User profiles: comprehensive user profiles are established, recording family situation, educational background, disability level, family interview records, mental state, and other information, with export support.

④ Usage records: all user operation records, including assessment records, consultation booking records, crisis intervention records, IoT usage records, trajectory tracking, and other major module records. Usage records also support export.

2.4 Counselors

① Counselor tags: counselors can set their own strength tags to provide guidance on consultation directions to users.

② Counselor scheduling.

③ Consultation data statistics: data statistics on cumulative consultations, bookings, report interpretations, and other operations.

2.5 Administrators

① Administrators can be set up by grade, class, department, etc.

② Administrators can manage multiple departments.

3. Permission Management

3.1 Identity permission management: super administrators, regular administrators, counselors/experts, and regular users. Permissions can be set separately for each of the four identities.

① Administrators can also serve as counselors.

② Counselor service modes can be switched: three modes: serving all users, serving specified departments/classes, and system auto-assignment.

③ Consultation data statistics: data statistics on cumulative consultations, bookings, report interpretations, and other operations.

3.2 Module permission management: different module usage permissions can be set for each of the four roles.
