The XYGK-1000FZ Oil Unloading Water Content Analyzer addresses the critical need for accurate water content measurement in oil transport vehicles, an urgent practical issue in oilfields. Precise measurement of water content helps reduce manual loss of oil products and accurately estimate oil production in operational areas. Currently, the three-layer sampling method used in oilfields requires workers to perform sampling at three levels on oil tankers, which is inefficient, time-consuming, and lacks high accuracy.

Our company's developed online water content analyzer for oil unloading platforms performs real-time online measurement of water content in the unloading pipeline during the process. Once unloading is completed, it quickly provides the comprehensive water content value for the vehicle. Based on the water content value given by the instrument, workers can accurately calculate the delivered oil tonnage and determine whether there has been any oil loss during transportation.

Basic Solution:

It is necessary to add a buffer tank and filtration screen at the original oil inlet of the unloading tank. The filtration screen can filter out impurities mixed in the crude oil, such as plastic bags, packing waste, felt, leaves, lead seals, etc., to prevent clogging of the sensor head.

The buffer tank ensures a steady flow of crude oil into the storage tank, avoiding uneven flow rates during the unloading process and making the calculation of comprehensive water content more accurate.

2. The meter head adopts explosion-proof technology, and the display uses an OLED screen with real-time Chinese text and數(shù)字 display, making debugging convenient.

3. Built-in temperature sensor. Since the dielectric constant of water decreases with increasing temperature, which may cause the measured water content value to be lower, temperature compensation accurately corrects the measurement results, improving measurement precision.

4. The instrument probe is made of 316 stainless steel, adaptable to various acidic, alkaline corrosive liquids, and most measured media, including organic solvents such as toluene.

5. Suitable for integration with intelligent oil unloading platform systems. Provides accurate and fast detection results, timely alarms, and immediate anti-cheating effects.
