I. Product Overview:

The XYGK-100B Digital Explosion-Proof Pressure Gauge features a fully electronic structure, powered by batteries, and is easy to install on-site. It utilizes a high-precision piezoresistive pressure sensor at the front end, which processes data through an amplifier and microprocessor, displaying the actual pressure value on an LCD screen.

This intelligent digital pressure gauge is flexible, easy to operate, simple to calibrate, and ensures safety and reliability. It is widely used in industries such as hydropower, water supply, petroleum, chemical, machinery, and hydraulics for measuring and displaying the pressure of fluid media.

It can be directly installed on hydraulic pipelines via pressure pipe connectors (M20*1.5) (other sizes can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or impact), pressure pipe connectors can be mechanically decoupled using miniature hoses.

Note: Must be installed vertically when the range is less than 100 kPa.

VI. Menu Settings:

Power on/off: Short press the "ON/OFF" key.

Unit switch: Long press the "ON/OFF" key.

Peak reset: Short press the "ZERO" key.

Display reset: Long press the "ZERO" key.

(Note: This function can only be used when there is no pressure.)

Auto-shutdown time setting: Press "ZERO" and "ON/OFF" simultaneously. When the sub-screen displays "LOCK," input 1000 (short press "ZERO" to modify the flashing value, long press to shift). Press the "ON/OFF" key to confirm. The sub-screen will display "offt." Modify the current value to the desired auto-shutdown time and press the "ON/OFF" key to confirm and exit.

00—Continuous operation. 01~15 indicates auto-shutdown time.

VII. Usage Notes:

The gauge should be stored and used in an environment with a temperature range of -20°C to 70°C and relative humidity below 80%.

Ensure the gauge connector is aligned and flush when connecting to pipelines.

Use a 9V alkaline battery (6LR61) when replacing the battery.

The gauge is under warranty for one year from the date of shipment, provided the user adheres to the usage and maintenance guidelines.
