Order Processing: Based on the尺寸 recorded by the measurer and each employee's wearing habits, input the clothing凈身尺寸數(shù)據(jù) (net body measurement data) into the computer for analysis, classification, and archiving to determine the garment's finished size, using CAD technology for custom tailoring.

3. Production Scheduling: After fabric confirmation, immediately issue production orders, strictly sorting the production lead time according to the contract delivery date.

II. In-Sales Service

1. Production: Customers can fully track our production process and promptly negotiate and resolve any issues.

2. Packaging: Package according to customer needs by region, department, and measurement order, with the department and name indicated on the clothing packaging.

3. Transportation: Transport according to the customer's specified method, ensuring timely delivery to the customer's designated location.

III. After-Sales Service

1. For any product with quality issues, we provide unconditional returns or exchanges. If the clothing size does not fit, within 24 hours of notification, we will dispatch senior technical personnel for alterations or remaking. If the fabric or accessory quality does not meet the requirements or承諾 (promises), or if there are craftsmanship issues, we will unconditionally repair or replace the items until all customer employees are satisfied. If the customer remains unsatisfied after two modifications, we will unconditionally remake or accept returns.

2. For severe damage caused by improper wear, if repair is needed, the concerned party can send the garment to us for repair or hand it over to our personnel. The company will only charge appropriate costs for原輔材料 (raw and auxiliary materials).
