2. Cuff: One-time sewing of the cuff placket bartack, which enhances both aesthetics and sewing strength. When the cuff is buttoned, the buttonhole and button align perfectly, avoiding misalignment and pulling.

3. Placket: Sewn with 22 stitches per inch, resulting in beautiful, straight stitching and a smooth, well-shaped placket.

4. Non-iron: Our non-iron process currently combines non-iron fabric with garment non-iron treatment, achieving excellent results!

5. Printing: We offer free digital printing, screen printing, heat transfer, and other printing techniques to meet your needs for custom logos, text, or patterns. The designs remain unchanged after washing, do not fade, and ensure comfortable wear.

I. Pre-sales Service

1. Measurement: Conduct measurements by region and department according to customer needs, providing over thirty sample garments for each employee to try on and measure, with detailed records of each individual’s size.

2. Order Processing: Input the recorded measurements and each employee’s wearing preferences into the computer for analysis, classification, and archiving to determine garment sizes, using CAD technology for custom fitting.

3. Production Scheduling: Once the fabric is confirmed, production orders are immediately issued, strictly following the contract delivery date for production lead time scheduling.

II. During Sales

1. Production: Customers can fully follow up on the production process, with immediate consultation to resolve any issues.

2. Packaging: Package garments by region, department, and measurement order as per customer requirements, with department and name indicated on the packaging.

3. Transportation: Ship via the customer’s preferred method, ensuring timely delivery to the specified location.

III. After-sales Service

1. For any product quality issues, we offer unconditional returns or exchanges. If the garment size does not fit, we will send staff within 24 hours of notification for alterations or remaking. If the fabric or accessory quality does not meet requirements or promises, or if there are craftsmanship issues, we will immediately repair or replace the item until all customer employees are satisfied. If the customer remains unsatisfied after two alterations, we will remake or refund the product.

2. For damage caused by improper wear, if repair is needed, the individual can send the garment to us for repair or hand it to our staff. The company will only charge a reasonable fee for material costs.

3. To ensure consistency in color and style when producing garments in batches, we maintain a stock of fabrics for a certain period to meet the customization needs of new employees, ensuring the customer’s overall image remains consistent.

IV. Quality

1. All our products are strictly produced in accordance with industry standards and internal corporate control standards.

2. Production process control: Each step undergoes "self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection" to ensure product quality.

3. Garment and fabric quality strictly follow the sealed samples confirmed by both parties.

4. The garment quality warranty period is one year from the date of acceptance, ensuring no issues such as seam opening, button loss, or bubbling under normal wear and maintenance, and no fabric fading, pilling, or shining.

5. If quality issues arise due to improper maintenance, the company will repair the garment, charging a reasonable fee based on material costs.

6. During the one-year warranty period, our staff will conduct periodic follow-ups with customers and promptly address any related issues until every employee is satisfied.
