Non-traditional water resources are further divided into three sub-items: municipal reclaimed water, self-built reclaimed water, and rainwater recycling. The scale of this data center should align with the number of monitored buildings and the planning of the energy consumption monitoring and management platform. The municipal (or district) platform should upload the received energy consumption and carbon emission data to the provincial building energy consumption monitoring and management platform. In addition to uploading monitoring data to the designated government platform, the public building energy consumption and carbon emission monitoring system should also provide data to the building owner.
